Changing Sessions Guidelines

(1) These guidelines are part of our terms and conditions of business and apply when you want to cancel or reschedule a session with us.

(2) Either on the Order Confirmation or during the supply of our Services we will agree on specific scheduled Sessions which are suitable for us both. Whilst we will always work with you to rearrange any such dates, when you rearrange or cancel a session, we operate a 48-hour notice policy which means that

(a) You can cancel and rearrange up to 3 sessions as per the Order Confirmation, provided you give us at least 48-hours’ notice for each session

(b) If you cancel

(i) a fourth or additional session or

(ii) you don’t give us at least 48 hours notice to cancel or rearrange any session

then you must pay 100% of the value or amount due for the session.

If you have already paid for the session which you are cancelling or rearranging, then we will mark the session as having been delivered and will retain the payment.

(3) You will always be responsible for payment of any non-refundable expenses associated with any rearrangement or cancellation of any session. 

(4) Unless we have agreed otherwise in writing all sessions must be scheduled and completed within 12 months of the date of the relevant Order Confirmation
